Donation refund policy

1. The definitive nature of the donations
Donations made on our website are considered final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to carrying out the missions of our association.

2. Exceptions
A refund will only be considered in the following cases:

• Technical error (incorrect amount or double payment).

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction (e.g., stolen bank card).

• Accidental creation of a recurring donation instead of a one-time donation.

3. Application Procedure
For any refund request in the above cases, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction, indicating:

• Your first and last name.

• The date and amount of the donation.

• The reason for the request.
